Terms of Service

By accessing the site, creating an account, or buying credits you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to open an account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters. We recommend a unique passphrase.

The boutique is powered by credits. One credit costs €0.10. Minimum purchase is 50 credits. Prices in other currencies are converted at current rates and shown at checkout.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 24 months after purchase unless a longer period is required by local law.

Bank transfer is currently the active payment method. Card, PayPal, and Stripe options are shown for information and will be enabled soon.

When you place an order, we email the bank details. Your credits are credited to your account after we receive the payment. Until then, your dashboard shows a “payment pending” status.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Gamespet a limited licence to process them solely to produce your artwork and to store them per our Privacy Policy.

You must own the rights to every photo you upload and have permission from any recognizable person in them.

The artwork we deliver is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial resale, NFT minting, or use for training AI models is not allowed without our written consent.

You must not use the boutique to create content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including sexual content involving minors, content depicting identifiable people without consent, harassment, deepfakes intended to deceive, or unlawful content.

The brand, site design, code, and marketing content are owned by Gamespet. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service without written permission.

The service is provided “as is”. AI artwork is inherently interpretive and may not match your expectations exactly — the Refund Policy explains how we handle this.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt fraud. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where Gamespet sp. z o.o. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
