Refund Policy

You may request a full refund on any unused credits within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not started generating artwork with them. Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Because AI generation consumes computing resources at the moment it runs, credits that have already been spent on artwork are non-refundable. We may still issue a courtesy remake — see below.

If the artwork we produce is defective (wrong subject, corrupted file, or a clear quality failure), tell us within 14 days and we will remake it at no additional cost.

• Subjective preferences (“I wanted a different mood”). We will still do our best to help with a remake.
• Low-quality uploaded photos that made a faithful result impossible.
• Orders violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Credits that expired unused after 24 months.

If your bank transfer has not yet arrived, you can cancel the order from your dashboard at no cost. Once payment is received and credits are added, the standard rules above apply.

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for digital services. By starting to generate artwork before the 14 days end, you expressly agree to waive that right for the credits used — unused credits remain refundable.
