Gamespet sp. z o.o., Kartuska 360C, 80-125 Gdańsk, Poland (“we”, “us”) operates the personalized gift boutique available at this website. We act as the data controller for personal information you provide when you register, place an order, or contact us.

Order data: selected credit package, currency, promotional codes, chosen payment method, order status.

Content data: photos you upload to generate personalized artwork and the artwork we produce for you.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and pages visited.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

• To create your account and deliver the gifts you order.
• To process credit purchases, apply promo codes, and issue receipts.
• To operate our AI pipeline that turns your uploaded photos into artwork.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal duties.
• With your consent, to send occasional boutique announcements.

We rely on the performance of a contract (to deliver your order), your consent (for optional analytics, marketing, and processing of uploaded photos as biometric-adjacent content), our legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and improve it), and legal obligations (accounting, tax, fraud prevention).

We share personal data only with vetted processors, under contract:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers.
• AI model providers used to generate your artwork.
• Payment providers (once card, PayPal, and Stripe are enabled).
• Email delivery and customer support tooling.

We never sell your personal data.

Account and order records are retained for the life of your account and up to 7 years afterwards to satisfy accounting and tax laws.

Uploaded photos are retained only for as long as needed to produce and deliver your artwork, and are deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them in your boutique library.

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Some of our processors are located outside the EEA/UK. When we transfer personal data internationally we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access control, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and keep it private.

When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
