Acceptable Use Policy

• Own the rights to every photo you upload.
• Have permission from every recognizable person in your photos.
• Use the artwork we deliver for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property of artists, brands, and studios.

• Any sexual content involving minors, or images of minors used in a sexualized way. Zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or nudity/sexual content of an identifiable adult without their explicit consent.
• Deepfakes of real people intended to deceive, harass, defame, or influence elections.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or another person's publicity rights.
• Personal data of others (ID cards, medical records, private addresses).
• Malware, phishing content, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Gifts featuring public figures are allowed only for clearly non-commercial, non-defamatory fan art. We reserve the right to refuse any order that could reasonably harm a person's reputation.

We use automated safety filters and human review. Orders that appear to violate this policy are paused, and the credits are held while we investigate.

Confirmed violations may result in cancellation of the order, permanent account closure, and — for illegal content — reporting to the appropriate authorities.
